5+ years of proven working experience in a technical role such as a data engineer
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Experience working with Cognite Data Fusion® or similar industrial data platforms (DataOps, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience in utilising instructional design methodologies to structure and package training programs

Responsibilities

Proactively identify content gaps and collaborate with internal teams to design, build, and create engaging training content (videos, interactive exercises) using authoring tools
Identify gaps in the content roadmap and create courses and hands-on exercises as Academy Subject Matter Expert
Collaborate with internal SMEs to design and build courses
Use the Academy’s authoring and learning management system tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Vyond, Skilljar) to create engaging videos, animations, and interactive content
Deliver in-person Bootcamps on CDF/Atlas AI
Create and deliver training content to customer and partner audiences of varying technical backgrounds
Deliver live training sessions virtually and in-person (up to 25% travel), ranging from introductory to highly complex levels
Utilise instructional design methodologies to structure and package comprehensive training programs
