Requirements

Experience in ABA therapy, scheduling support, or administrative roles (required). CentralReach experience is a strong plus
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Calm, collaborative, and able to handle sensitive situations professionally
High-level reasoning and attention to nuance — able to read tone and anticipate issues
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook
Comfortable navigating scheduling systems and updating records accurately
A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability (mandatory)
Reliable power backup to manage load shedding or outages (mandatory)
Availability for working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM – 01:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings)
Willingness to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond promptly to therapists’ email queries
Follow up with therapists via calls or messages regarding schedule conflicts, missing timesheets, or clarifications
Update, cancel, or reschedule sessions and correct timesheet entries as needed
Identify frustrated or high-risk therapists and escalate to onshore scheduling management when appropriate
Draft clear, polite, and tactful communications
Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities and follow-ups
