Requirements

Willing and able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach for extended periods
Willing and able to lift up to 62 lbs regularly
Willing and able to adapt to working in extremely cold, damp, or extremely hot and humid environments with slippery surfaces
Willing and able to perform repetitive motions efficiently
Willing and able to learn and execute basic to intermediate knife skills for trimming and deboning meat products
Willing and able to safely operate powered equipment, such as saws or skinner machines
Willing and able to follow management instructions and take on additional tasks as required
Able to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

Perform the physical tasks required of the position, including standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching for extended periods
Lift up to 62 lbs regularly
Work in extremely cold, damp, or extremely hot and humid environments with slippery surfaces
Perform repetitive motions efficiently
