Requirements

  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience in the music industry
  • Familiarity with the music industry, with deep understanding of music, text, visuals, and other content areas
  • Keen sensitivity and judgment of the record market, ability to accurately grasp artist traits and provide precise directional positioning

Responsibilities

  • Formulate artist and album planning strategies based on artist traits, and write planning proposals
  • Coordinate and execute artist music production, visual packaging, text, and graphic design work
  • Communicate with lyricists, composers, music copyright agencies, and other channels to complete invitations for creations, collection of related materials, and coordination with producers
  • Reasonably control the budget and execution timeline of product planning and production schemes
