Título técnico o profesional en carreras afines (Administración, Finanzas, Ingeniería Comercial, etc.)
Experiencia en Administración de cuentas de Active Directory, IDM, correo y aplicaciones de negocio
Conocimiento funcional de plataformas de gestión de identidades y accesos
Manejo de herramientas de ticketing y gestión de requerimientos
Comprensión de conceptos como mínimo privilegio, roles, segregación de funciones y control de accesos
Deseable experiencia en automatización de flujos de acceso o uso de herramientas de automatización en general
Mínimo de 3 años como Especialista en Gestión de accesos de plataformas de Tecnología

Responsibilities

Crear, modificar y eliminar cuentas de usuarios en sistemas como Active Directory, IDM, plataformas de negocio y aplicaciones SaaS
Asignar o revocar pertenencia a grupos de seguridad, distribución o funciones específicas según requerimientos previamente aprobados
Registrar y documentar todos los cambios realizados, manteniendo trazabilidad y cumplimiento de normativas
Coordinar con áreas solicitantes, mesa de ayuda o seguridad para validar los requerimientos y niveles de acceso
Utilizar herramientas de gestión de identidades para flujos de aprovisionamiento automático
Participar en mejora continua de procesos, flujos de aprobación y automatización de tareas rutinarias
Ejecutar, controlar y documentar las actividades de alta, baja y modificaciones de accesos de usuarios y grupos en las distintas plataformas tecnológicas de la organización, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad, la trazabilidad y la correcta asignación de privilegios en los sistemas corporativos
