Master's degree or above in mathematics, statistics, data engineering, or related fields
3+ years of experience in data science, analysis, or data engineering; experience in game industry business analysis or data analysis preferred
Proficient in SQL/Python; familiarity with other languages (Java, C++, Scala, etc.) is a plus
Experience in web crawling (Web Crawling) development or ability to learn quickly
Mature capabilities in business analysis, reporting, experimental design, and causal inference; skilled at simplifying complex and ambiguous problems
Proficient in data and application methods; familiar with scalable data analysis technologies and tools (Tableau experience preferred) to extract value and provide strategic insights
Strong logical thinking, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility
Passionate about games, understands game user profiles, rich experience with PC and mobile games (please specify game experience in resume or attachment)
Able to proficiently use Chinese and English as working languages

Responsibilities

Monitor domestic and international game market dynamics, identify emerging trends and opportunities in industry, users, and platforms
Regularly produce data analysis reports and thematic research, quantitatively assess market opportunities in sub-sectors, provide actionable business insights to support management strategic decisions
Develop game data analysis models, covering the full process of data embedding design, collection, cleaning, and visualization presentation
Collaborate across departments to ensure data quality and timeliness, providing reliable data support for business decisions
