Requirements

  • Ability to ensure continuous stability of supplier quality (Kangdi suppliers)
  • Skills in incoming material inspection and review of non-conforming products (NCMR)
  • Capability to initiate SAR (Supplier Action Request) and SCAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action Report), track implementation, and conduct on-site audits if necessary
  • Experience in formulating inspection standards for purchased and outsourced parts and providing training to incoming inspectors
  • Ability to cooperate with technical department for initial sample assessment, formulate PPAP plans, and complete PPAP on time
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis of supplier quality status (monthly, quarterly, annual) and setting improvement deadlines
  • Participation in new supplier development, review, selection, and evaluation with Strategic Procurement and Technology Departments
  • Knowledge of supplier change control processes, verification of changes, and ensuring compliance
  • Competence in conducting improvement projects for key suppliers, those with reduced performance, including quality systems or processes
  • Full-time employment availability

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality of purchased and outsourced parts from suppliers; report quality issues promptly and require timely improvement measures
  • Handle incoming material inspection and NCMR related to supplier quality; initiate SAR and SCAPA, track and confirm effects, conduct on-site audits if needed
  • Formulate inspection standards for purchased and outsourced parts; train and guide incoming inspectors
  • Participate in assessment and confirmation of supplier initial samples with technical department; formulate PPAP plan and complete PPAP for purchased parts on time
  • Conduct statistical analysis on existing supplier quality (monthly, quarterly, annual); set improvement deadlines for low-performing suppliers
  • Participate in new supplier development and review; collaborate with Strategic Procurement and Technology Departments for selection and evaluation
  • Ensure suppliers follow Kangdi's change process; verify supplier changes
  • Implement improvement projects for key/important suppliers or those with reduced performance (e.g., quality systems, processes)
  • Complete other work arrangements from superiors
  • Achieve key performance metrics: on-time supplier audits, on-time supplier changes, incoming inspection pass rate, NCMR on-time closure rate, NCMR reduction rate, SCAPA effectiveness/timeliness, supplier escape reduction rate
