Responsibilities

Work closely with ETL-AP mentor to learn AP business area and team functions
Take initiative to learn how to be an AP leader by seeking growth opportunities and continuously learning
Provide new ideas and recommend solutions to business or team opportunities
Partner with store leaders on TM performance through teaching, coaching, training, and delivering timely feedback
Demonstrate and lead a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; hold others accountable
Influence and validate security culture by driving physical security and safety processes
Lead store response to emergency crisis situations and create plans for in-store events
Educate store leaders (on relevant AP topics)
