Responsibilities

  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change
  • Support Plant Operations by assisting associates in developing work requests, instructing on proper CMMS utilization, reviewing work requests for clarity, completeness, and duplication avoidance, and processing them into work orders for approval
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics, and integrity using action plans, Open Door Policy, and business processes
  • Assist Maintenance Operations by developing maintenance purchase requests, instructing on CMMS utilization, submitting requests for nonstock items, reviewing for clarity/completeness/duplication, processing with vendor selection/pricing for approval, receiving purchases, updating inventory, recording/monitoring transactions, organizing storage areas, and preparing work carts/tools for associates
  • Collaborate with department and cross-functional teams to define/implement process improvements focused on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, storeroom maintenance, plant, and business goals; support SQF development/implementation/maintenance/improvement
  • Utilize CMMS to schedule/coordinate maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, emergency) aligned with production/sanitation schedules; ensure resource availability; follow equipment-specific plans; correct equipment status; assist in maintaining/updating plans as directed
