Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Experience in supervisory or team lead role a plus
  • Basic understanding of supervisory principles to include problem-solving and conflict resolution

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage daily work assignments and schedules to meet productivity and drive business results
  • Monitor production activity, identify process issues, troubleshoot causes, and develop short- and long-term solutions as merited
  • Work closely with site leadership and other supervisors to establish clear processes in alignment with business objectives
  • Ensure adherence to TTC standards, procedures, policies, and government regulations, quality, and compliance
  • Prioritize adherence to safety protocols encouraging a proactive mindset towards safety in daily operations and decision-making
  • Communicate clear expectations, goals, and accomplishments to the team, tying efforts to TTC quality standards, safety protocols, and government regulations
  • Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives by advocating for and implementing where merited the improvements with the team
  • Promote a culture of trust and accountability by demonstrating honesty, integrity, clear communications and ethical behaviors
  • Engage and support team members' development and collaboration toward common goals, while taking ownership of team performance to drive business success
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned
