Responsibilities
- Cleaning the production rooms
- Taking apart equipment for further cleaning
- Finishing production as needed
- Performing many cleaning tasks, which may include reaching over the head with a scrub brush, cleaning on a ladder, using a water hose, and using cleaning detergents and sanitizers
- Following company safety and quality programs
- Learning many aspects of production
- Communicates work order progress to supervisor and production operators
- Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
- Follow all procedures, GMPs, Safety, Quality, and Sanitation plans
- Identify and report all potentially non-conforming product and equipment to Supervisor and the Quality Assurance Department
- Ability to be flexible in work performed and schedule
- Other duties as assigned

What is the starting pay for the 3rd Shift Sanitation Team Member role?
Starting pay is $20.60 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential. There is also a $2000 sign-on bonus paid out as $500 after 30 days, $750 after 6 months, and $750 after 12 months of continuous employment.
