Responsibilities
- Wechseln zwischen Theoriephasen an der DHBW Mannheim und Praxisphasen bei P&G in Schwalbach am Taunus (ca. alle drei Monate)
- Erwerb kaufmännischer Kernkompetenzen in BWL (z.B. Buchführung, VWL, Marketing)
- Vertiefung in Handels-BWL (Warenwirtschaft, Controlling, Warenpräsentation etc.)
- Beschäftigung mit Digitalisierungsthemen (Handel 4.0, Marktforschung, digitale Prozesse, agiles Projektmanagement, Grundlagen der Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- Praxis in Bereichen wie Vertrieb, Marketing, Logistik und Finanz
- Möglichkeit eines Auslandssemesters an einer europäischen Hochschule oder Auslandseinsatzes in einer europäischen P&G-Niederlassung
