Requirements

  • Ability to shape strategic direction of product portfolio and provide strategic leadership/oversight to Product Groups
  • Accountability for defining and aligning organization around multi-year Strategic Roadmap, including market strategy, high-quality client services, revenue, and margin expectations
  • Experience establishing foundational processes and fostering cross-functional collaboration (Product, ETG, Operations, Accounting, Distribution)
  • Frequent collaboration with internal/external executive leadership and key stakeholders to develop/execute aggressive, profitable growth strategy
  • Ability to create and implement partner engagement strategies (Provider, Carrier, Supplier) to achieve share of Total Addressable Market (TAM)
  • Operate as business owner: define/manage Product Budget and full P&L, balance client/prospect requests with revenue/earnings goals, expense management, investment prioritization, financial levers for growth
  • Empowered to assess trade-offs, approve/decline client customizations, ensure alignment with business objectives
  • People leadership: build/manage high-performing team, hire top talent, coach/develop team members, make personnel decisions, foster culture of accountability/collaboration/continuous improvement, provide direction/performance expectations/feedback/development planning
  • Bold decision-making, tenacious prioritization, ability to say "no" with empathy and strategic clarity, protect teams from distractions

  • Represent Allied Solutions Product Suite with customers/partners to gather/share information, assess fit, build relationships (40%)
  • Lead Carrier/Partner management: ensure strategic alignment/performance/mutual value, negotiate/manage agreements, drive go-to-market initiatives, foster collaboration to enhance offerings (40%)
  • Partner with other product leaders, Operational Leaders, and Executive Teams (20%)
  • Facilitate alignment across departments including software development/engineering, marketing, sales (20%)
