Requirements
- Willing to work overtime and/or weekends as needed with occasional Sundays
- Willing and able to perform physical requirements: standing, walking, bending, squatting, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching in all areas
- Able to reach high and low levels frequently
- Ability to flex/grip with wrist/hands repetitively
- Able to push/pull/lift 40 lbs. or more if required
- Able to stand for 8-10 hours on hard floors
- Able to work in a cold, damp, hot, and humid environment with slippery walking surfaces
Responsibilities
- Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the department
- Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements
- Perform all positions of rotation, if applicable
- Handle raw or smoked bacon
