Responsibilities

  • Apply classroom knowledge and gain experience in a fast-paced industry setting
  • Implement new ideas, face challenges, and develop skills
  • Network with key stakeholders and business leaders
  • Contribute to meaningful projects as part of an innovative team
  • Document complex processes and present them clearly
  • Support Downstream Marketing: contribute to commercialization (campaign development, messaging, positioning), gain field experience with sales and surgeons, gather customer insights using Big Picture Marketing framework
  • Support Upstream Marketing: assist product development and strategic initiatives, collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and customer insights teams using Big Picture Marketing framework
  • Support Marketing Communications: partner with teams and vendors on customer-facing materials, execute communication strategy (digital, advertising, sales), assist with product launches, trade shows, and sales meetings for brand consistency
