2026 Summer Intern - Architecture at TKDA

The pay rate is $20 - $24 an hour, with the final rate dependent upon your anticipated graduation date.

The position primarily works from the office, but there may be instances with flexible or hybrid work arrangements.

Required skills include previous training or experience with AutoCAD and Revit, proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong verbal and written communication skills. You must also be an undergraduate student pursuing a BSArch or graduate student pursuing an MArch degree.

TKDA's internship program is a structured summer experience focused on learning and networking, including formal software trainings, networking opportunities, mentorship relationships, social events, learning seminars, and more.

Strong candidates will have the required qualifications plus preferred experience such as a degree emphasis on Environmental Design, previous internship with an Architecture firm, knowledge of construction methods, plan reading, and tools like Lumion, Sketchup, or Adobe Suite. Availability for 40 hours per week from mid-May through mid-August 2026 is essential.
