Responsibilities

  • Participate in client-facing strategy engagements for senior customers, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product experts, and enterprise architects
  • Conduct deep discovery interviews, prioritization exercises, business value analysis, North Star customer journeys, and analytics benchmarking using Adobe’s proprietary data
  • Collaborate with senior customer executives on executive advisory, presenting market research and Adobe’s perspective on business challenges
  • Facilitate customer-facing workshops for discovery and solution development, including use case ideation and customer journey mapping
  • Contribute to industry perspective by collaborating with subject matter specialists, authoring thought leadership assets, and informing product strategy
  • Collaborate on industry and partner strategy to deepen Adobe’s customer footprint, align internal and partner ecosystems, and coordinate go-to-market efforts
  • Learn Experience Cloud business, develop network across Adobe functions (Sales, Marketing, Product, Professional Services), and deepen subject matter expertise in assigned industry
  • Engage with Center of Excellence teams on core tools and capabilities like experience design and value
