Undergraduate student undertaking a placement year as part of their degree (or recent graduate interested in a placement year opportunity)
Degree discipline or coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Life Sciences preferred

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing client presentations, memoranda, and other transaction-related materials
Build and maintain financial models and perform valuation analyses
Conduct company and industry research, review business plans, and analyze financial statements
Support due diligence and execution processes
Work closely with senior team members across the firm
Learn about the firm, its culture, and the healthcare investment banking landscape
Develop technical, analytical, and professional skills through structured and on-the-job training
Contribute directly to live transactions and client engagements
