Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree with a focus in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
  • 0-1 years of professional or internship experience
  • Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their ethical, regulatory, and operational implications
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a creative, resourceful approach to problem-solving
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; a collaborative team player with excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong interest in learning new technologies and concepts and understanding how these will help the business
  • Desire to learn how to assess and manage technology risk across a large-scale enterprise organization
  • Knowledge of Industry and Regulatory frameworks will be useful (e.g., SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, NIST, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Work under the supervision and mentorship of the Tech GRC manager and develop an understanding of the AI governance mechanisms at Adobe
  • Conduct research on emerging AI regulations, standards, and best practices across global jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align governance strategies with technical and business goals
  • Contribute to maturing the AI risk management framework
  • Monitor and summarize key developments in AI technologies and corresponding security risks
  • Build and maintain governance/compliance dashboards to provide a comprehensive view of the compliance posture of the organization
