Requirements

  • Will have graduated by July 2026 or recent graduates with up to 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Energetic, flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to problem solve effectively
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management and build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
  • Excellent business planning and analysis skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Pack skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Focus on underwriting new and renewal business to help drive the profitable growth of business lines in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals
  • Participate in the 2-year Early Career program, including innovative experiential learning, technical training, performance assessments, formalized mentoring, and exposure to senior leaders
  • Work on a global project with peers within the Analyst Program
  • Attend initial induction for training and networking virtually with new hires from around the world
  • Primarily work in the office to support in-person collaboration
