Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar discipline
  • A prior experience (as intern) within relevant financial services industry (e.g. Private Equity, Real Estate, Banking, Investment Management, Audit/Advisory) is a plus
  • Strong technical finance/accounting skills
  • Ability to understand a compliance environment and implement relevant process to meet regulatory requirements
  • Must be skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, with the capability to create innovative, and comprehensive
  • Work well in a team, are highly motivated, with a sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the supervision of fund administrators and depositaries, which includes the review of the key processes and procedures, challenge of key performance indicators, but also the coordination within the Group in case of operational issues or new regulatory requirements to implement
  • Supporting Group operations teams and depositary banks on ownership verification of assets held by the Funds
  • Supporting the NAV review activities including different types of controls and procedures
  • Supporting the preparation of information for Management Committee meetings and board meetings
  • Other general administrative tasks
