Responsibilities

  • Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals and grow contribution to store sales
  • Deliver world-class customer experience by connecting with customers, listening attentively, asking open-ended questions, demonstrating products, and making customers' day
  • Educate customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging) and promote through community engagement like store parties
  • Expand product knowledge on products, ingredients, and benefits to make informed recommendations
  • Utilize Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, assess performance, seek feedback, and improve skills
  • Encourage open communication, listen to perspectives on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), promote teamwork, collaboration, and value unique contributions
  • Be punctual, reliable, participate in teamwork, take breaks, and stay updated on company news
  • Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store through merchandising to enhance customer experience and drive sales
  • Use Visual Merchandising guidelines for real-time product display adjustments based on sales
  • Practice company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health/safety
