  • Performing financial and valuation analyses, including creating detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A, accretion/dilution, comparable company and transaction analysis)
  • Creating business profiles
  • Preparing industry overviews on subsectors within the healthcare industry
  • Preparing marketing documents, including pitch materials, confidential offering memoranda, management presentations, fairness opinions, and board presentations
  • Conducting extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate the risk/return parameters of a transaction
  • Supporting a team in a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, royalty monetizations, and capital markets transactions
