Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated understanding of equipment
Skilled at running equipment
Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to interact with people
Knowledge of ISO Standards
Effective communication skills as well as good written skills
Good attendance
Must be able to use respirator or air supplied paint suit
Must be able to stand, walk, bend and stretch for 8 hours per day
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
Must be able to work in the paint room environment of 72 degrees and 50% humidity
Must be able to work flexible hours to include overtime
Due to OSHA regulations for respirators, no beards will be permitted
Must be able to pass pulmonary function test

Responsibilities

Paint all parts
Inspect painted parts
Maintain all 5S responsibilities
Keep room and booths clean, including squeegee and blowing off ceiling at designated times and keeping handguns clean
Check feeders for paint
Change out drums of paint
Complete color changeovers quickly and efficiently
