Responsibilities
- Navigate and troubleshoot control systems, identify electrical design concepts and techniques used in supply chain
- Demonstrate knowledge of wiring schematics ensuring they meet requirements and are safe and compliant
- Explain procedures and tools for inspecting existing electrical work
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of electrician services
- List applicable safety codes and regulations
- Organize thoughts and communicate credibly and concisely within scope
- Present to and influence team members and business partners, conveying messages through a basic understanding of the relevant context
- Utilize relevant data and fact-based information to articulate results and provide a recommendation in a structured manner
- Seek and provide constructive feedback and provide ideas/recommendations on processes
- Proactively build professional network
- Explain operational functions and key functional roles of assigned department or unit
- Clarify the role of each department and its relevance to the enterprise strategy
- Describe the interdependence of support functions and line operating functions
- Identify the primary operational functions of the organization
- Understand where to locate and how to read One Best Way and Standard Operating Procedure information
- Locate information regarding fundamental practices and policies
- List common tasks and activities performed by operations functions and subfunctions
