3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and plumbing systems
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to analyze and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Ability to successfully complete and maintain certification requirements to be issued a Mac Tools forklift license
Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production and maintenance equipment, in addition to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Perform general building maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, masonry, welding, basic electrical and electronic work, etc
Execute Preventative Maintenance (PM), Reactive Maintenance (RM), and Help Desk work orders
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for equipment maintenance and repairs
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
Remain on-call at all times for building-related emergencies
Responsible for daily 5S activities, ensuring cleanliness and organization of workspaces and storage areas for safety
