Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to analyze and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to successfully complete and maintain certification requirements to be issued a Mac Tools forklift license

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production and maintenance equipment, in addition to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Perform general building maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, masonry, welding, basic electrical and electronic work, etc
  • Execute Preventative Maintenance (PM), Reactive Maintenance (RM), and Help Desk work orders
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools required for equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
  • Remain on-call at all times for building-related emergencies
  • Responsible for daily 5S activities, ensuring cleanliness and organization of workspaces and storage areas for safety
