Responsibilities

The Lab Project Services Coordinator will provide support to the Project Manager and related team members by performing routine procedures and tasks associated with the day-to-day running of projects throughout the entire study lifecycle, including study setup and planning, monitoring and closeout activities, and coordinating communications with stakeholders. They will assist with preparing minutes and action logs, overseeing Laboratory Centralized Monitoring requirements, performing routine tasks across assigned studies, managing queries and protocol questions, and supporting study training with sites, CRAs, and customers. The role involves representing the company at meetings, participating in audits/inspections, and supporting administrative study tasks, as well as proactively identifying trends and providing feedback to internal and external teams on performance.
