- 2年及以上大型游戏产品的国际社区运营经验，熟悉主流国际社区平台运作；精通Discord作为核心社区工具的深度运营优先；具备与大型游戏开发商或知名IP方（特别是日本）对接协作的实际经验者优先。
Responsibilities
- 制定与执行海外社区策略：根据《怪物猎人》手游的全球发行节点，制定并主导执行面向欧美核心玩家社群的社区运营策略与目标。
- 策划与落地社区内容：深入理解《怪物猎人》核心玩法及海外玩家偏好，策划并落地包括但不限于游戏内容爆料、武器/怪物专题、版本更新解读、趣味挑战、玩家故事分享、线上互动活动等系列社区内容。
- 管理创作者与KOL生态：发掘、筛选、培养并维护高潜力的英文社区创作者及KOL，制定有效的激励机制，持续引导其产出高质量的《怪物猎人》相关UGC内容。
- 核心用户运营与舆情管理：深度运营核心用户社群，建立有效沟通渠道；具备敏锐的跨文化敏感度，高效处理玩家社区中的各类咨询、反馈及潜在舆情危机，维护社区健康氛围；特别关注与国际核心猎人公会/社群的互动。
- 与日方的沟通协作：作为发行方与日本CAPCOM研发商之间的沟通桥梁，负责与合作方的沟通、协调与监修等工作。
