Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record in insurance product planning and market introduction. They should also have experience utilizing digital technologies for insurance services. Furthermore, experience in fintech or business English skills (TOEIC 800 points or higher) are desirable.
The Financial Business Development Specialist will be responsible for the mid- to long-term planning and launch of new insurance services within PayPay, as well as executing PayPay’s growth strategy for the insurance business. This includes planning and executing new product launches, developing features and UI/UX improvements, and creating marketing/branding strategies. The role involves contributing to the growth of PayPay’s insurance mini-apps and expanding the product portfolio, ultimately aiming to establish PayPay as a leading digital insurance platform.
