Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of the crypto markets and the competitive landscape. Proven experience in sales leadership is essential, along with a strong ability to coach and develop high-performing teams. A track record of successfully managing sales operations and achieving revenue goals is required.

Candidates should possess a strong passion for cryptocurrency and a deep understanding of the Ethereum network, along with experience as a podcast host or similar role. They should be comfortable with technical storytelling and have the ability to engage with technical founders and thought leaders.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline, and ideally have 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a demonstrated interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.

Candidates should have at least 4 (but ideally more) years of hands-on experience with data modeling, schema design, data operations, and data warehousing, and significant knowledge of the crypto industry; interest in crypto is not enough, we’re looking for someone who considers themself crypto native. They must be crypto-native and have experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a commitment to high quality.

Candidates must be a CPA or equivalent with a keen eye for detail and a focus on data accuracy. Strong analytical skills and experience with BI and reporting tools are essential, along with high commercial instincts and experience in coordinating finance processes. Experience with remote and in-office environments is also required.
