Responsibilities

Support the Business and Operations Development team by managing and improving outbound processes
Support in building SOPs for merchant care and merchant success management teams
Conduct merchant performance analysis
Act as the primary point of contact for merchant success managers, handling diverse operational inquiries
Support the commercial team with product selling by providing crucial information and analyses
Manage first mile scheduling and planning
Maintain the integrity of existing dashboards with high-quality standards
Proactively seek out innovative solutions to enhance and optimise processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
