Requirements

Ability to work onsite part-time: Tuesdays 8:30am-1:30pm and Thursdays 8:30am-5:00pm in Athens, GA (serving Athens, GA & Cornelia, GA)
Expertise in mental health consultation, including solution-focused employee support, assessment, referral, and risk assessment
Skills in critical incident response coordination
Ability to develop and execute local action plans and strong relationships with leaders and HR points of contact
Capability to conduct company-tailored trainings and Spring Health benefit promotion events
Expert understanding of customer benefit ecosystems and support programs for appropriate referrals
Completion of required internal training, assignments, and attendance at Spring Health Clinical Team meetings
Adherence to Spring Health policies, confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
Ability to track/monitor data for workplace wellbeing insights, recommend interventions, and collaborate with customer contacts

Responsibilities

Provide consultation and support to managers, people teams, and members to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness onsite
Offer solution-focused employee mental health consultation and connect to appropriate resources
Proactively develop strong, trusting relationships with leaders and HR POCs and execute against a local action plan for Athens, GA & Cornelia, GA
Coordinate and deliver critical incident response
Conduct company-tailored trainings and Spring Health benefit promotion events
Develop expert-level understanding of the customer benefit ecosystem and available support programs, and provide appropriate referrals to members
Complete required internal training and assignments and attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings
Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
Track and monitor available data to identify strategic workplace wellbeing insights, recommend targeted interventions, and collaborate with customer points of contact to coordinate effective support; assess for risk and manage
