Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive workplace operations with a focus on efficiency and innovation
Develop preventive maintenance strategies and facility system improvements that align with organizational growth
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with service providers
Negotiate service agreements and implement scalable solutions across all facility services, including janitorial and security programs

Communicate regularly with SF employees on updates and maintain current internal documentation
