  • Demonstrated advanced presenting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with plan sponsor contacts, client HR representatives, and internal Fidelity partners
  • Drive greater participant engagement and plan sponsor advocacy in local workplace communities
  • Conduct ongoing engagement planning with plan sponsors
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal business, including local branch partners
  • Provide financial planning and investment advice to participants through face-to-face 1:1 meetings, workshops, help desk sessions, benefits fairs, and lunch and learns
  • Ensure participants are prepared to make better decisions regarding their personal finances, covering topics like estate planning, equity compensation, stock plans, tax efficient investing, and more
  • Deliver content via Zoom or onsite at plan sponsors' desired locations (travel up to 75%)
