Ability to independently carry out routine tasks according to Workplace Solutions guidelines and/or under supervision
Experience in executing services for moderate to large size locations or across moderate number of smaller locations
Capability to oversee work of junior team members

Responsibilities

Independently complete a wide range of Workplace Solutions facility and building management services such as asset management, engineering, building and maintenance services, cleaning, mail delivery, logistics and/or storage services
Execute/oversee regular scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs of infrastructure and equipment (e.g., heating, ventilation, lighting, air-conditioning, plumbing & sanitation, power, security, fire & life safety equipment, elevators/lifts)
Execute/oversee activities to ensure interiors meet Accenture policies and standards (e.g., décor, painting, furniture, fittings such as doors, blinds)
Execute/oversee energy utilization activities to reduce consumption and collection/disposal of waste materials per Accenture and local policy
Execute/oversee purchasing, maintenance, and disposal of company Workplace assets per Accenture and local policy
Oversee delivery of cleaning services, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cleanliness standards are met
Execute/oversee delivery of inbound and outbound mail and courier services
Execute/oversee storage services (retrieval, return, destruction of documents) for visitors/residents, offsite storage, in collaboration with Records & Information Management
Support day-to-day management of a Workplace
