  • Assist in mergers and acquisitions transactions, especially in financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence of potential targets and joint ventures
  • Perform financial and strategic business analysis, valuations, and industry research
  • Support the preparation of presentations for top management
  • Contribute to various strategic projects and presentations
