Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Workday Integration Certification and demonstrated proficiency in web service technologies including REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML. Experience with integration tools such as WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP) is required, with certification preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in Workday implementation projects is necessary, along with strong consulting, presentation, detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Principal Consultant will work with business and technical teams to solve complex inter-system problems, supporting implementation projects and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements. Key duties include confirming requirements with stakeholders, evaluating technical impacts of configuration decisions, creating system interface specifications, facilitating design workshops, and designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations. The role also involves facilitating knowledge transfer, educating clients on interface development and operation, and tracking issues and risks.
