Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of demonstrated experience with web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc. Project experience is highly desired, and Workday Integration, Workday StudioTM, and Workday CCTPPTM certification are preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is also required, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or another engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems, guiding clients through Workday implementation and operation phases, and configuring the project to meet business and design qualifications. Responsibilities include tracking issues, communicating status, escalating concerns, guiding clients through design sessions and configuration decisions, supporting clients through all project phases, performing multiple tasks with limited direction, taking leadership positions, loading client data, moving configuration between tenants, configuring business processes and security, converting and mapping data sources via iLoads, mentoring fellow consultants, and participating in update training and knowledge sharing.
