Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or IT-Engineering related field
  • Strong Workday implementation experience
  • 5 years’ experience with Workday
  • SME of at least 1 Workday Module
  • Workday supplemental Certification is an advantage (Studio, CCTPP, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation, Expense, Budgets etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develops plans to minimize
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams

Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of customer support including workforce management, service level management, and customer relationship management
  • Works directly with clients and spearheads team project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday eco-system
  • Oversees team workload and serves as an escalation path for urgent or high priority issues and major requests
  • Resource coordination and allocation for team members prioritizing tasks/CRs within team
  • Oversees team forecasting and utilization
  • Works on post go-live major change requests and/or enhancements’ End to End Testing and partners with customers in all phases of project up to hypercare support
  • Manages day-to-day team operations in identifying and establishing processes, standards, and key metrics
  • Builds and consolidates Internal training materials and/or creates pack for new functionality deployment & offering for customers
  • Works effectively with team members to support customer satisfaction and success
