Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or an equivalent field, and a minimum of three years of experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support with direct client interaction. Active HCM Workday Certification is required, and Workday Functional Supplemental Certifications (such as Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation) are considered advantageous. Strong consulting and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to effectively manage client expectations, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Workday HCM Analyst Consultant will execute day-to-day activities related to Workday HCM project support, including ad-hoc support and implementation, providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, conducting client sessions to analyze requirements and deliver solutions, identifying strategies and risks, and mentoring other consultants to grow the practice. They will also become a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and future product direction, utilizing analytics and reporting tools, and supporting projects across APAC, EMEA, and NA regions with potential shift variations.
