Responsibilities

  • Partner with the team to help educate customers on the infrastructure requirements of Stryker’s Vocera solutions
  • Work closely with the customer's IT team to ensure they fully understand our deployment methodologies and requirements
  • Qualify the customer's network infrastructure via assessments using Ekahau, AI Pro Survey, Omnipeek, and Wireshark analysis tools
  • Provide feedback and consultation on any remediation that may be necessary for a successful customer experience
  • Evaluate and provide consultative feedback on the customer’s infrastructure regarding Stryker’s Smart Care technology solutions
  • Understand the customer's comprehensive infrastructure and analyze their mobile communications and workflow requirements
