Requirements
- Eingeschriebener Student an einer Universität oder Hochschule (idealerweise in Projektmanagement, Kommunikation, Marketing oder ähnlichem)
- Erfahrung als Werkstudent oder durch Praktika, mit eigenständiger Arbeit im Projektkontext
- Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke, auch bei schwierigen Themen lösungsorientiert und kühlen Kopf bewahrend
- Bereitschaft, mit Kunden zu telefonieren oder über das Projekt zu sprechen
- Teamfähigkeit mit klarer und offener Kommunikation
- Grundkenntnisse und großes Interesse an (digitalem) Marketing (z. B. Texte, Newsletter, Content-Erstellung)
- Begeisterung für Energiewende, erneuerbare Energien und innovative, kundenorientierte Produkte
- Führerschein Klasse B (PKW) und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen in Fan Club Regionen
- Mindestens 16 Stunden/Woche Verfügbarkeit, inklusive Präsenz im Büro in München
Responsibilities
- Mitarbeit am Team bei Projekten im Bereich „Erneuerbare Energien“, insbesondere beim Octopus Energy Fan Club Projekt
- Umsetzung der Produktstrategie durch Planung und Realisierung von Maßnahmen zur Kundengewinnung und Steigerung der Bekanntheit des Fan Clubs (in Abstimmung mit anderen Teams)
- Betreuung komplexer Kundenanfragen gemeinsam mit dem Kundenservice, Feedback zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Tarifen geben
- Konzipieren, Erstellen und Verbreiten von Bildungsmaterialien zu Windenergie und Fan Club zur Förderung des Kundenverständnisses
- Gestalten und Umsetzen von Maßnahmen zum Aufbau einer starken Fan Club Community und Erlebarmachen des Mehrwerts für Kund*innen
- Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben rund um das Fan Club Projekt und gelegentliches Einspringen in andere Projekte
