Experience building and managing online communities

Responsibilities

Support airdrops, staking initiatives, and reward distribution
Run gamified community events
Oversee and moderate key communication channels
Set up and maintain bots for automation
Recruit, onboard, and train ambassadors and moderators
Identify and reach out to other crypto projects for partnerships
Represent the project at virtual or in-person events
Assist the DevRel team in engaging developer communities
Promote developer tools, SDKs, or APIs
