Requirements

Possess a welding certification OR a minimum of 6 months experience as a welder
Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrates ability to follow directions and standard work
Must have the ability to safely perform work accurately and thoroughly
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, performing repetitive work
Ability to produce quality work at a sustained pace

Responsibilities

Hand weld in multiple positions to create parts using semi-automatic MIG welders and .052 solid wire
Use robotic welding technology to enhance capabilities and efficiency
Perform advanced welding techniques, all while using safety, quality and standard work
Use jib and overhead cranes to manually position parts and product
Work in one and two-person weld zones that are clean, well ventilated, safe and equipped with the latest technologies
Commit to being on-time and reliable
