Requirements

  • Possess a welding certification OR a minimum of 6 months experience as a welder
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrates ability to follow directions and standard work
  • Must have the ability to safely perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, performing repetitive work
  • Ability to produce quality work at a sustained pace

Responsibilities

  • Hand weld in multiple positions to create parts using semi-automatic MIG welders and .052 solid wire
  • Use robotic welding technology to enhance capabilities and efficiency
  • Perform advanced welding techniques, all while using safety, quality and standard work
  • Use jib and overhead cranes to manually position parts and product
  • Work in one and two-person weld zones that are clean, well ventilated, safe and equipped with the latest technologies
  • Commit to being on-time and reliable
