Independently Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Part-Time, Evenings/Weekends)

Location: Mississippi (Telehealth)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends within Mississippi. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state of Mississippi.

Compensation

  • Type: Fee for Service (W2)
  • Range: Up to $23,000 annually
  • Components: Flat Rate, plus two bonus opportunities. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Mississippi:
    • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
    • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
    • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Experience: Must have experience diagnosing.
  • Availability: Willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
  • Specialization: Behavioral Health Generalists – open to seeing couples and/or children.
  • Growth Potential: Candidates interested in growing into leadership roles/supervisory positions are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients.
  • Conduct diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
