Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in smart contract auditing, Web3 security, anti-fraud, risk management, or related fields, demonstrating a deep understanding of blockchain technologies including consensus mechanisms, execution principles, and MEV. Hands-on experience with smart contract auditing, familiarity with Solidity and Rust, and knowledge of major DeFi project types are also required, along with fluency in English and experience working in Web3 companies. White-hat or demonstrated contributions to security research are considered a plus.
The Web3 Security Specialist will research and analyze new blockchain technologies, focusing on consensus mechanisms and transaction processes, investigate transaction simulation methodologies and devise strategies to counter simulation spoofing attacks, respond to critical security incidents, assess impacts, and deploy mitigation measures, and track stolen funds while collaborating with external partners for recovery. They will also stay updated on industry advancements and emerging risks to ensure security services support business growth.
