Deep expertise with Figma, including component-based design, auto layout, and system file organization

Responsibilities

Translate business and creative briefs into responsive page designs, wireframes, and polished mockups that follow the Yext Web design system
Support the UX/UI Director in updating and expanding our web design system—building new components, patterns, and documentation in Figma
Create accessible, flexible layouts for landing pages, marketing campaigns, product detail pages, and help center content
Partner closely with engineering, marketing, and content to ensure successful implementation of designs
Work within an established Figma system and contribute to its growth and maintenance
Help triage and manage incoming UX/UI requests, collaborating on solutions and delivering high-quality outputs quickly and thoughtfully
Conduct light UX audits or usability reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement
Stay current with modern design trends, accessibility standards, and web best practices
