The Wealth Management Advisor must be a trusted advisor and team coordinator, capable of challenging and collaborating with Private Bank clients to achieve their wealth goals. They need to develop streams of highly credentialed specialists to provide comprehensive wealth services and ensure the delivery of Private Bank experience and client service standards. The role requires accountability for risk management, adherence to policies, and a commitment to always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues. Proficiency in consultative and advice-driven sales, along with the ability to develop and execute a personal business plan to meet revenue and business objectives, is essential. A thorough knowledge of investment products, trading strategies, and market dynamics is also required.
The Wealth Management Advisor is responsible for developing and prospecting internal and external centers of influence to build a client pipeline. They must effectively utilize the Life360 Discovery process to profile clients, identify needs, and generate AUM, Loans, Deposits, Estate Planning, and Wealth Planning opportunities. Acting as a core team member for One Bank, they will identify opportunities with existing and new customers, continuously monitoring and evaluating client needs to expand household relationships. The advisor will coordinate team efforts to consistently deliver Private Bank experience standards, collaborate with specialists for high-quality client service, and ensure service standards and metrics are met. They will identify and refer opportunities for advanced planning solutions, coordinate with client third-party advisors, and leverage internal and external service providers. As the primary contact, they will resolve client problems effectively, conduct client reviews, manage overall client relationship profitability, and ensure timely CRM data recording. The advisor will also lead the 90-day client onboarding process and collaborate with team members to meet shared objectives.
