Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of waterproofing experience (no exceptions)
For Foreman: Minimum of 4-5+ years of waterproofing experience and foreman or lead experience (no exceptions)
Experience performing waterproofing above and below grade, including air/vapor barrier, joint sealants, and caulking
Experience with hot applied systems and traffic coatings
2 years of commercial waterproofing experience or 3-5 years of residential waterproofing experience
Experience with traffic coating and below grade waterproofing
Ability to lift objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks to aid in the completion and success of projects
Assist team members in their tasks
Assist other skilled trade workers (e.g., caulking, waterproofing)
