Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in water and wastewater project management, including experience in the planning, design, construction, start-up, and operation of water and wastewater facilities and infrastructure. Strong knowledge of local and federal regulations related to drinking water, wastewater, and recycled water is required, along with experience in engaging with client stakeholders such as operators, superintendents, and public officials. Familiarity with master planning, treatment, distribution, and collection systems is preferred.
As the Water Wastewater Project Manager, you will primarily provide engineering support on drinking water, wastewater, recycled water, and water resources projects, acting as the primary point of contact for all project activities. You will lead the technical delivery of multiple projects, mentor and collaborate with junior and mid-level staff, and work alongside Technical Managers to guide the technical approach and delivery of projects. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver presentations and training programs to internal and external clients and professional associations, support business development efforts, and assist with marketing and proposal efforts.
